Simplified Notes System

New notes are now private and user-scoped. They're stored in your personal collection (users/{uid}/notes/) with auto-generated IDs instead of public shareable slugs.

What changed:

New saves use ?note={id} URLs (private, no public short links)
Old slug-based notes (/{slug}) still work perfectly
Both systems appear together in "My Notes"
End-to-end encryption unchanged
